bdok2 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and bdok2, governing your access to and use of the bdok2 website at https://bdok2.vip and all associated services, games, features, and promotions. By accessing or registering on bdok2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you are accessing bdok2 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using bdok2 immediately. bdok2 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are intended for players located in Bangladesh and are subject to applicable law.

Access to bdok2 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. By creating an account or using any bdok2 service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each requirement both at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active.

You must satisfy ALL of the following conditions to use bdok2:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdok2 does not permit access to anyone under 21 under any circumstances. We may require proof of age at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• You are acting as a natural person on your own behalf and are not representing any company, trust, or third party.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from accessing online gaming or sports betting services in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of bdok2 is lawful where you reside.
• You have not previously been excluded from bdok2 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms or any related policy.

bdok2 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdok2 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges. Funds deposited from accounts not registered in your own name will be rejected and may trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved in writing by bdok2 support following a full account review.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. Submission of incomplete, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus terms may be withdrawn independently, subject to the remaining conditions in this section.
• bdok2 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

bdok2 aims to process standard withdrawals on the same business day they are requested. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the volume of requests at any given time. bdok2 does not guarantee specific processing windows but will make every reasonable effort to settle funds promptly.

You agree to use bdok2 solely for lawful personal entertainment in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate any game, software feature, RNG system, or payment mechanism on the platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with bdok2 or to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Using bdok2 for money laundering, fraud, or financing any unlawful activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or processing payments on behalf of third parties.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting activity designed to circumvent platform terms or exploit promotional offers.
• Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent materials during any KYC or verification process.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, bdok2 may take immediate action including suspending or permanently closing the account, voiding all pending bets and bonus balances, withholding withdrawals pending investigation, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdok2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or connected with your access to or use of the bdok2 platform, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and whether or not bdok2 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Without limiting the above, bdok2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bdok2 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside bdok2's reasonable control, including failures in your device, internet service provider, or mobile network.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including losses caused by sharing your password or failing to log out on a shared or public device.
• Changes in applicable law or regulation that affect your ability to access bdok2 or use particular games or betting markets in your jurisdiction.

bdok2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Where possible and where doing so would not compromise an ongoing investigation or violate any legal obligation, bdok2 will provide reasonable notice before account closure. In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms, bdok2 may act without prior notice.

Grounds on which bdok2 may suspend or terminate an account include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility, account, payment, bonus, or prohibited conduct sections.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or submission of false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents.
• Evidence of fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or deliberate attempts to reverse legitimate transactions processed by bdok2.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder, which will be processed promptly and may not be reversed for the full duration of the exclusion period selected.
